Booking terms
Arrival and departure are on Saturdays. The minimum stay is seven nights in full weeks. Check-in after 14:00 and check-out before 10:00. A booking request temporarily holds the dates. A booking is confirmed only after the owner approves it and confirms receipt of the deposit.
The deposit is 30% of the total price. The remaining 70% is arranged with the owner. Bank payment details are sent after approval.
Cancellation
THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
By agreement with the owner, the paid deposit may be moved to another available date or the following year, subject to availability and owner confirmation.
Contact the owner by phone or email to cancel. This website does not issue automatic refunds.
